You never need an appointment at our AFC Urgent Care of North Carolina locations and an experienced medical provider is always on-site. Most patients are seen in under an hour.

X-Ray On Site
Each of our AFC Urgent Care clinics are equipped with a modern digital x-ray and licensed x-ray technician. X-rays are taken in a matter of minutes. Breaks, Sprains, Bronchial, Stomach ailments come to AFC and skip the ER wait.

Labs On Site
AFC Urgent Care offers a wide variety of lab work available to patients. The majority of our labs results come back within minutes and we can provide treatment same day.

Operating Room
In every AFC Urgent Care there is a designated Operating room to handle basic stitches/sutures, glue or staples and provide patients with needed IV treatments.

Occupational Health
